Scavenger Hunt Sunday

Oh my goodness!! I haven't posted in for-EVER!! Sorry about that! Summer has been crazy busy--the beach, the lake and baking camp last week--post soon--and getting a new camper--post soon--it's been busy! But I'm back with my pictures from this week's Scavenger Hunt Sunday hosted by Mrs. Ashley Sisk from Ramblings and Photos! (ashleysisk.com) I hope you like my photos!

                                                  1. BACK TO SCHOOL

As you know, we are homeschooled so we don't start school until a little later and we will also be camping this year starting Labor Day so we will be starting a bit late. But I picked up this globe ($5) at a yard sale on Saturday and thought it would be perfect for the school table this year! I really like how some of the states are out of focus in this one

                                                    2. WRITING UTENSIL

Sharpie markers are a great-and colorful!-writing utensil. There are also SO many ways you could photograph them! This one just involved laying them down on a step in rainbow color and ta-da! I like how it is slightly out of focus

                                             3. FAVORITE SUBJECT

My favorite subject would definitely be little kids. I used an old photo that I took of my cousin McKinley at the lake a few weeks ago. She just turned two-I can't believe she's so big!

                                                           4. LUNCH

Today, as Owen was having lunch, he showed me how to 'drink my yogurt' and told me it's 'way better' than eating it with a spoon:)

                                                         5. RECREATION

For this one--please don't mind the grubby little fingernails--I caught Owen outside playing ball and convinced him to hold still for some pictures, which, believe me, is no easy task:)
That's all I have for Scavenger Hunt Sunday! I hope you enjoyed them!
And I know I only share the GOOD photos, but I thought I'd show you that O-boy isn't all adorable smiles:) This was when he had had enough of me telling him to hold still:(

Thanks for looking at my blog!

Emma your set was great.
Love your Globe shot.
Coleen was showing me how she eats yogurt too the other day, what do you know, it was the same way. Personally I prefer a spoon.
Hope to see you again on SHS.
